RADA in Business has released a research report that highlights how communication skills play a crucial part in beating workplace performance anxiety, the business world’s equivalent to stage fright. The report comprises the views and experiences of employees from across the UK.

The research highlights that 29% of employees believe that professional training would increase their self-confidence.

As well as revealing how often senior directors experience the physical symptoms of workplace performance anxiety, such as sweaty palms or an increased heart rate, our research also lists the situations that induce nervousness the most, from job interviews to having to make small talk with colleagues.

The report contains a range of fascinating insights from RADA in Business tutors on how to increase the confidence, clarity and impact of your communication through applying actor training techniques to the workplace.
