Jac is a qualified drama therapist and freelance organisational consultant. She provides executive coaching to organisational leaders and directors, and works with teams to reflect on organisational behaviour and to deepen their understanding of group dynamics.
She also designs and implements training programmes to a wide variety of training providers and specialises in emotionally intelligent management practices. Currently she is running such a programme for senior managers at Sussex University. She co-designed the first accredited counselling course for Post–Traumatic Stress Disorder in the U.K. and has recently joined a Professional Doctorate programme at the Tavistock Clinic in London, who also confered her MA in Organisational Consultancy. She is currently involved in a two-year research project at Brighton University on the Impact of Resilient Therapy with children and families with a complexity of needs.
Her creative arts company was the first to win a Dance Umbrella Award for their innovative piece "Banda Banda". It was devised with people with learning disabilities and performed at the ICA London. And more currently, she has worked as a consultant with Carnival Collective in Brighton, a Performance Art Samba band.
Jac's recent clients include the health service, local government, the Universities of Sussex and Brighton, the Institute of Employment Studies, HM Prison Services and the Body Shop.
