Kate is a richly experienced voice tutor, presentation skills trainer and coach. She has worked with many blue chip companies and large organizations including the financial, pharmaceutical, IT, education and government sectors. Her training programmes enable individuals to enhance self-expression, presence and range as a communicator, ensuring that when you speak, you can convey a clear, compelling and authentic message.
A Degree in acting and a Masters in voice studies from London’s Royal Central School of Speech and Drama underpin Kate’s work. She is an experienced actress with credits in theatre, television and film. She is also a somatic psychotherapy practitioner. Continuing to work in the business sector, she is an established visiting voice lecturer on BA Acting programmes, and has worked on the board of Trustees for The Voice Care Network Charity.
Kate has honed her bespoke coaching practice in the corporate sector both in London and abroad. She regularly trains staff at all levels, and delivers executive level coaching for middle management and CEOs. She specialises in Personal Impact, Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, Voice and Speech coaching, and Accent Softening, tailoring courses to meet client needs while supporting the development of the individual’s unique gifts, strengths and communication style.
As a coach she has the ability to work effectively with business professionals who are challenged by constant change, performance anxiety, and high levels of demand within their workplace dynamics. Her aim is to assist clients with navigating through difficulties with greater ease, confidence and adaptability so as to step into their leadership, create the relationships they want, and to achieve their full potential in involved and effective communication.
